You can get to the cross-country skiing trail and to the slopes in Nauders or its surroundings directly from our apartmenthouse to enjoy various winter activities. Ski bus stop is situated right next to our place. Therefore you can reach rather quickly nearby ski areas in Nauders.

In summer our region offers numerous possibilities for a relaxing and active holiday as well. You will be enjoying panoramic view of the Nauders and mountain peaks while hiking or climbing around our mountains. Our house is also a perfect place to start mountain bike trail riding.

In summer, as well in winter, our landscape in beautiful Tyrolean Oberland offers variety of activities and pure enjoyment. The area provides enough possibilities for bikers and motorcyclists to step on the gas.
